Description

This building is designed and constructed using the Light Steel Frame (LSF) system, combined with steel girder elements to achieve higher structural capacity and flexibility. The hybrid use of LSF and steel girders allows for efficient load transfer, precise construction, and improved seismic and wind performance, which is well suited to regional requirements.

The total built-up area of the project is approximately 260 m². The ground floor is dedicated to commercial use and includes a retail space designed for shops, providing an open and adaptable layout suitable for various business activities. The structural system on this level is optimized to allow larger spans and fewer internal columns, creating a functional and flexible commercial environment.

The upper floor consists of a residential unit designed as a comfortable private living space. It includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged to maximize usability, natural light, and privacy. The LSF system ensures high construction accuracy, good thermal performance, and reduced structural weight, contributing to both comfort and long-term durability.
