This project is a 360 m² building designed to be constructed in Cameroon. The development consists of three levels. The ground floor will be built using hot-rolled steel members to provide a strong and stable base. The second and third floors will be constructed with a Light Steel Frame (LSF) system. The second floor is planned as an office area, while the third floor will serve as a laboratory. The combination of hot-rolled steel and LSF offers a lightweight, durable, and efficient structural solution, allowing fast installation and excellent performance in various climate conditions. This building showcases modern steel construction technology and a high-quality engineering approach from concept to execution.
